Need help from the Bronco collective to see what my Bronco is worth!?

Hello!

I have a 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak with 19,000 miles.
Exterior color is White
4 door hardtop
Full PPF
Modular front bumper
Interior is the dual color tan and black.

I have added the OEM roof rack, and Bronco Raptor side steps and bull bar.
I also have a dual tip flowmaster exhaust and OEM rock rails in the garage.

It also come with the roof storage bags that have never been used.

How's the market on these things. I've been offered from dealerships in the low 40k.
Wondering if I should try and sell it privately?

You will always get more if you sell it yourself. The dealer has to make money off the vehicle so they’re not going to give you full value. Unless they’re really screwing you on the new vehicle then I guess they might give you a little bit more for the used trade-in.

so I'd say it is Worth what someone will pay for it. There are plenty of valuation tools online KBB has one.

So, what we need is what Value you believe this depreciating object holds and then find someone who thinks it is worth that as well, who is willing to give you items you consider of equal value (little green pieces of paper perhaps?).

The hard part is finding this special someone out in the wide world and making this happen in the time/space that is convenient.

If you're upside down on the finances and trading it in...the dealer isn't giving you $40k. He's showing/hiding your current financial mistake in your new-to-be financial mistake.​

You would likely be better off removing any modifications you can and selling them individually, if you have the time. Leaving them, not only will you not get your money's worth, many will actually decrease sale value at dealers or to a disinterested private party.

Dealer will always low ball you. They are in the business of selling cars for a profit, not buying your car from you for the market value. They are looking to profit off people who don't want the hassle of selling their car.

Private party sale will get you more dollars.

Dealers also won't factor in mods at all, and you have quite a bit sunk into mods that you can't separate from the vehicle (PPF). It will probably take you a while to find a buyer that will appreciate the value there.

I'm not upside down on it. I just need a truck for my needs. I own a business and it really helps with a truck. I recently took my Bronco in for a warranty issue and they gave me a truck as a loaner. Man, I really liked it. Worked out great for my needs. Kids also liked it, too.

Didn’t look where you are located but in Michigan there is a ford dealer selling 23 Wildtrack with 20k miles for 46k so they probably got it for 39-41k.So that offer you got is probably where most dealers are going to be.They always want to try and make 4-6k off of used.Just be prepared if you list it on Facebook marketplace for a lot of tire kickers and lowballers and people saying they are coming to look at it and not showing up and small used car dealers wanting it for 40k lol.Been there lol but you should be able to get 42-44k privately just have to deal with the general public.

You would be splitting difference with dealer if trading. At least here in FL. You save sales tax on the trade value. Roughly 3k here.

See what Carvana is willing to give. They just sent me an email yesterday with a cash offer of 54k for my 25 Heritage. ( It's not for sale ) I don't know where that number came from, but it is REAL close to what I paid for it new last year.
