I have a 25 bronco outer banks with sasquatch and lux package. I have a second vehicle I use for commuting.

Wanting to go to 37s, mostly for looks as we mostly use it for forest service roads and moderate trails is the worst it sees.

Maintaining ride quality is important to me.

If you wanted the least amount of lift, and wanted to maintain ride quality as best you can, how would you go about making room for the larger tires, and what tire would you choose. In an All Terrain, while keeping factory wheels?

Ride coilovers for ride quality, JKS kit for less rubbing, upper control arms for caster correction, rear track bar relocation for bump steer, 3/4”+ wheel spacers to keep tires out of upper control arms, yes on all Terrain tread & C/D load for smoother/quieter ride…diff drop for CVs/tie rod angles, I’m sure that I left something out…that ought to discourage you alittle….good luck!

Yep, 5.38s would be sweet and a hoss 3 steering rack + recalibrating for piece of mind with bigger heavier tires …$10k is just a starting point 😜

May as well go Wide track like bajakits and some 8112s do the axle upgrades, thats an easy 17k.

IMO, for your use case...1" spacer lift, 1" wheel spacers and a pizza cutter tire 37 x 11.50 (Nitto Recon Grapplers) running 30psi.

I just did a 3” lift and put 37’s on my ‘24 Sasquatch. I absolutely love it. Used an ICON spacer lift, no wheel spacers or anything else, factory wheels and went with BFG KM3 tires. It drives perfect, tires are smooth and quiet. I’m in the same boat as you, we drive fire roads and do light off roading. I have zero regrets. It actually drives better now than it did before, the larger tires make the ride even smoother. I installed the lift myself, $375, sold my original wheels and tires for $2000 (1500 miles on them), bought the exact same wheels from Ford Racing for $1100 and the (5) new KM3 tires were $2500. The alignment was $99.00. I did add a HD Turn Off-road tire carrier tailgate reinforcement, it was $640.00.

Pick the tire by measured size, not the sidewall number. A 37 K02 comes in around 36.3 while a Baja Boss measures true — that's most of an inch of clearance for free. And stock Sasquatch offset tucks the tire inward, which is why everyone ends up buying spacers.

I did my BL Sas with just a 1 1/4 front and 1/2 rear spacer lift, with no major mods.
Decided to go with a slight dif offset of +12. compared to the +30 of the Sas rims.
Most of the 37s will measure closer to 36, so as long as you are starting with a Sas set up, it is easier to mitigate.

It is just enough clearance for the 37s.

So, when you do 40's how are you changing this setup?
