My OBX Sasquatch has Toyo ATIII 37/12.50/17s on it now with NO added lift. 18x9" Method 705s with a +18 Offset.

Very slight rub at full lock. Coil Over Suspension lift to be installed in a couple weeks.

I went with the 4WP Coil-Overs made by Walker Evans Racing. Paired with the Camburg Upper Control Arms, Rear Lower Links and Adjustable Track Bar, the suspension should be pretty solid.

Seeing lots of 37’s on Broncos. With no or small lift they will be compromised off-road. I’m also curious how the Dana-44s will fold up over time. Seeing very little talk about swapping stronger axels, gearing, etc… For mall crawlers it may not be an issue

With the Original Sasquatch 4.70 Gears the 37s are not a problem.

Hell no, I would not offroad the 37s with NO lift currently. The 3" Coil-Overs will be installed soon.

got my 37's installed yesterday. found a construction site to try and twist it up on and so far no rubbing except when turning full lock. Will be wheeling this weekend and be able to see where we are going to rub. Stock Sasquatch wheels.

I take my FE off road every chance I get. 4x4 trails in the weekend sand dunes during the week, in between rough logging roads for work. Zero issues with 37s anywhere. No lift on rear 3/4” in front. NO rubbing with crash bars removed and trimmed. Still has the EXACT articulation as with the 315s that were stock.

I'll likely lift it 2” for 38s this summer and install fox or king shocks and funhaver/RTR long travel setup. And the new HD rack and pinion and tie rods.

Until then I highly suggest 37s on any SAS bronco. There fantastic!

For others - i doubt this won’t rub the front crash bar mounts at lock and flexed with 37s and 0 offset. I will say those tires ( which I’ve never heard of) may not be true measured 37s, like BFGs aren’t.

For others - there is no way this setup won’t rub the front crash bar mounts at lock and flexed with 37s and 0 offset. Unless those tires ( which I’ve never heard of) aren’t true 37s, like BFGs.
They actually come in at 36.8 which is more a true 37 than your bfg’s 36.5 (actual specs pulled from nexen and bfg website below). Sorry if you have never heard of nexen tires, they arent new. I have flexed these and u seem very confrontational about my setup. Sorry for u, but maybe ur missing something on ur end. I have sasquatch package which gives me 1.25” to start, then another 1” in the front which clears at 2.25”. I do not rub on the crash bar mount with serious flex of the back tire barely touching ground and 98% full steering lock. Will it rub at extreme obstacles with a full lock turn yes but even then it is barely. Ur a very angry elf about this

Easy Trigger … Not angry at all lol. So they actually will rub, when fully flexed out … which was my original point.
And I’m running Nitto Trail Grapplers, which measure a bit taller and wider than 37x12.5, so I know my setup is different and will have more issues.
