Well i thought i might as well start a thread to Document my adventure's with my forthcoming 2021 Bronco Badlands, 4 Door, Sasquatch, 2.7, 10 speed, soft top w/ prep kit, Lux package, MGV, with Tow in Velocity Blue. Reserved 1/5/21 Ordered 3/5/21 changed to soft top early September 2021 and received my production email 9/30/21 build week of 11/22 and blend date of 11/24.
A little about me to start. i've been off-roading and wheeling most of my life, hunting with my dad when i was super young to wheeling with my cousins. my first car was a 1970 vw Baja that my Dad and I built, and i went all over AZ in it. I've had dent sides, and obs's but for the last 20 years my passion has been wheeling 4Runners all generations except 5th. But I've always loved Broncos! My current daily has been a 1998 4Runner that is set up really well. 3.4 supercharged, 5speed, dual cases, locked front and rear on 35's that will now become our family dedicated Crawler.
That isn't to say that the Bronco won't be wheeled but I will work my way into major stuff.
Now for the plan, I've already ordered front and rear Advanced Fiberglass fenders that should arrive almost the same time as the Bronco. Will have to fit them and prep them for paint and then get them on. For the interior I have got a BAM BYODR. Because I come from a IFS wheeling background we will look at the suspension when it gets here and make some decisions about mods there but 37's will be in the future for sure.
Mostly though I look forward to all the places we will go and the trails we will run and the people we will meet.
