Taking them off was the best thing I did on our 2dr. They are firm / harsh on road. Rear end liked to skip. They have terrible rebound control and sounds / feels like the suspension will rip off the truck when it unloads. No idea how so many people like them... unless they just don't have experience with better stuff.

I'd absolutely go with the Ford Performance Fox setup before Bilstein.

We have the CDEV Icons on the 2dr which handle great, composed, rebound control, much more travel and easy to adjust heights.
Good point. Yeah strongly considering other options. At least I got the Bilsteins for free!

So on my kit it say circlip 3 is a .8 inch lift, does that mean .8 added to stock Sasquatch height?

Correct its .7 inches over Sasquatch height. On the 4 door you get less height than the 2 door.

Thank you for that answer, so if I wanted a 2” lift in the front, use circlip 3, correct?

So you don’t have Sasquatch? 2 inches would be clip 3 for non Sasquatch. So it would be 2 inches over stock height Badlands on 4 door. You may need control arms to get alignment corrected.

I have a 2 door non Sasquatch but will be using Sasquatch springs. I am installing the 6100s.

You would need to download the 6100 charts. They are available on the Bilstein website. You get less lift with the 6100s because they don’t come with springs and you use the stock Bronco springs. I’ve read the stock springs are softer than the Bilstein springs but you have to use higher preload settings for more lift.

This.

the 6112’s are inferior to the factory yellow remote reservoir billies. And they run stiff! Fox are best at factory ride height if you hate (me) digressive valving. Linear like the Fox make it feel like it should.

now…. The Top Billie 8112’s are in a league of thier own. Don’t confuse them with the garbage 6112.

I have 6112s on my non-Sas 23 BD, installed free courtesy of Bilstein, 2" lift over stock non-SAS. Love them. At the time the broncos were in short supply, they needed a fitment testbed and in exchange for loaning them the Bronco for a week they gave me a rental and installed the 6112s for free. Deal of the century.

Regarding labor costs for adjustment. Some offroad shops give steep discounts on the labor for adjustments if you installed with them. At least Checkered Automotive in Chula Vista does.
