I'd check your window sticker with your VIN, your dealer might have switched you to a soft top.
Did the picture of your Bronco have a hard top in the email, or no top at all?

Got mine. Early 7/14 Reservation. Started as a Wildtrak, changed TUESDAY to a Loaded (Soft Top) Badlands. Everything but the towing package.
