Yep, I just got the same email a few minutes ago.

Same email here, except mine says Badlands.

What an absolute slap in the face that email is. I’m trying to be patient, especially because I know there are a ton of folks who have been waiting longer, but the customer service aspect of it is appalling.

Tonight and because of that useless email, I am seriously considering abandoning my order and building a Land Rover Defender. I am not in a hurry for a vehicle, but I am offended to be treated like this as a customer.

@Ford Motor Company We understand supply chain issues. What we don’t understand is this insulting attempt at communicating to us and the continued production/completion/delivery of orders for people who ordered well after us.

I had the save conversation on the phone. telling me you have "no information" is not communicating. neither is emailing no information.

and what is the criteria for getting these emails? i didn't get one.

Got the same e mail. I remember people in older threads getting the same when thier bronco was pulled off the line for QC checks. They would follow up once they received saying it had like 60 miles on it or something.

I know ours are not in the same boat....just find it funny...that's the e mail we got.
