My “built” status went back to “in production” on both trackers… what the heck????

How many of you all, that have been waiting, have a 2.7L ?

My built email arrived yesterday, but my trackers never updated to “built”. Still says in production. Not sure what that means if anything. My VIN was activated in the Ford Pass app overnight. I have a 2.7L @jganna_USMC

Built on 10/28, no emails yet. When I use the tracker, it gives me an estimated delivery range (11/17-11/23) but no release date. It does say “missing part” in there too though I’m only about 45 min from MAP.

According to the Ford Pass App , my rig already has 24 miles on it. Does that mean they were testing it? Hopefully making sure that 2.7 engine has no issues !

Yeah, try the tracker I linked. Swap the X’s for your VIN and order number. It brings up some code and a little bit down, mine says missing part.

Didn’t work for me. Trackers remain as they were. Still in production on trackers. So my sanity is not saved lol.

In the meantime, my Bestop TrekTop beat my Bronco!!! And it just went into production this month and I ordered it after my Bronco was shipped. Meanwhile my Bronco appears to be doing The Grand Tour of Ohio.

So, how do you track your truck on a railcar?

First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

do you give the full initials to include “TT”? Or is it just the two after the TT? Peugeot was able to find my car number “TTGX 985229”, but when I called it said that car has no status.

Every Bronco goes through a "shakedown" test on a test track to check for rattles, squeaks and stuff....
