That is not accurate, because when you get your email it uses the "ETA" date as one in the same, the person you talked to was wrong. The ETA date is the estimated time of delivery (usually the longer of the date range Ford emails out) of the delivery of the vehicle. The problem is this ETA doesnt usually update after it gets generated for those that get pulled for extra QC checks, part replacements, or repairs.

Actually it does, sometimes, mine updated as it was on the rail car.

I took time this morning to create a monitor on the Palsapp endpoint for shipping status. This will run every hour, and will trigger an email to me if any of the given test values change, indicating it's on the truck on it's way to the dealer. I'm not proud of myself, but it's done. At least I don't have to mash F5 on Palsapp any longer.

I just picked up my Bronco, and here's my PALSAPP and MAS status. Pictures tomorrow maybe.

Interesting, I was under the assumption that as soon as the train reached it's final station, it would be dispatched by Jack Cooper Transport and my Palsapp data would be updated at that moment. I know my train car reached the yard in MN where it gets picked up by a truck for delivery to the dealer. But it sounds like based on your experience it could make it to the dealer without a Palsapp update. I guess I'll just have to wait for the call to come in. Thanks.

I made it to poe, VA as of 245pm. It said something about ground. So now I just need it loaded up on a truck and gets its behind here.

Now I need some help from the group.

Since it made it to its final destination by rail it needs to be trucked the rest of the 120ish miles.

How can I track it while on truck?

Mine is somewhere on a train between Roanoke and Petersburg. Some podunk town I couldn't make the name out on the robo call. But it's on the move tonight and I'm thinking I'll wake up to find that it arrived in Petersburg overnight.

Anyone else get the build week email for 10/25/21 but in production showing 11/2/2021 and never changed to built or delivery and no word from anyone??? I have tried calling Ford and my dealer with no luck. No one seems to know what's going on.

Yep, sound like mine right there. Except I have a bit of a twist, my dealer says that my Bronco should be arrived on 11/22. It would be great if Ford is just really, really slow with the emails and he is right....but I don't see that happening.

Try a different browser, maybe not from mobile. There's a "I'm not a robot" recaptcha that doesn't always play nice with mobile.

I tracked yours and no update yet. I think once it actually is on a truck you will see more info. Once on truck my understanding is more data will populate when you click dealer name.
