I never had such a case. Call again and you may get better luck.Ford customer service is horrible. I waited 25 mins and someone working from home answered with the smoke detector chirp going off in the background every 45 seconds. Took my order number only to put me on hold for 10 minutes (can only assume Wheel of Fortune was back on) then when the commercials came back on, pick up and said, I don't have any information for you.
