Got a VIN! Email came Saturday. 2DR BD steel bumper mid auto trans 2.3 reserved 10/2020 ordered 7/6/21. Removed the tow package about 2 weeks ago.
I was at my dealer yesterday but they hadn't been notified yet. Neither the back door status link or Reservations & Orders show scheduled, but the link in the scheduling email did show the VIN. Looks like that site is down now who knows. Just happy to get a VIN was expecting to wait a while.

Makes sense, the 2.7 is still a constraint. So is the steel bumper but maybe less demand. I’m going to put the Ford Performance power pack on it when it comes out anyways, and if it gets the same gains as for the Ranger 2.3 will get the HP and torque almost to the 2.7 levels anyways.

Some big hills and good swimming Cliff diving and that. Probably best to go with somebody that knows their way around. Went to leave once after it got dark and got real lost hah didn’t get my stock Tahoe stuck at all though. In the trails at least.

I'm thinking you probably know the Schwebel's and Apostolakis jingles as well?
Would really like to know why some in this group got their Ford email announcing a production date, but most did not. I know from the backdoor link and from my dealer that mine should be built the week of 2/14. I also know my VIN, but it's a bit unnerving to not get the email... Doesn't feel official. I keep verifying with the dealer... ha.
Dealers have their internal website where they can see everyone's scheduled building date. Like I was told 02/15. 800-334-4375 guys can also access it. Emails and trackers only tell us our week, until a window sticker appears. I got the same date from both of them.
