There’s a button on the side of the headrest I believe so you can fold it down so it doesn’t hit the seat.

When I fold my seats down, midway down I’ll do the headrest and have the top of the headrest pointing towards the floor. Does that make sense?

Here’s a little story about situational awareness or the lack there of. The wife/pup/I are camping in the Smoky Mountains this week. We come here a lot, but never have been exploring to the West of the park. Well, all that changed yesterday and made a memorable outing we will never forget. As we are enjoying the weather and scenery of lakes and mountains, we come upon a sign that warns motorcyclists of sharp turns and and a high crash risk up ahead. Since we are in the Bronco, no worries! A couple of miles down the road, our peaceful curvy drive came to an abrupt halt! I hear a loud pitch scream of an engine. I barely have time to check my mirrors as two sport bikes blow by me like I’m parked.

I spend the next 11 miles of white knuckle driving as Mustangs, Corvettes, racing bikes, Harleys, various exotic cars either blow by me or damn near hit me head on in sharp turns.

We come to a spot we’re the road finally widens and there are several cars stopped. I get out so the pup can relieve himself. There is a guy standing there and I ask him what the hell is going on. He looks at me and chuckles. “Dude, you just drove The Tail of the Dragon!”

So jealous. I'm west coast so may never get to experience that treasure you have! But, I'd rather take my motorcycle or Mustang over it than the Bronco. But, I'd definitely take the Bronco if I was in the area with the Bronco. Sport mode!

If you're in a hurry, I found this in a youtube video, but I circled the button I'm talking about.

It's not the same button at the base of the headrest to lower and raise the height of the headrest

I got an off rodeo advertisement email just now from Ford. They want $2,000 for one day. I went for free last October in Texas and it was a blast but not a $2,000 excursion.

11,850 on mine. Went to Sonora, Mexico a couple of weeks ago to drive photographers around the Sonora Rally race course. Lots of fun! Drove 17 miles along a beach on one section.

Nice to see we have all settled in with our Broncos! Still have some projects and additions coming. Added some D rings, awaiting arrival of a bimini top, and still haven't gotten my pod lights installed yet. Just enjoying life.

Amelia and I shot our gun club spring trap league (yes, she beat me), competitive swim just began for her, Jamie is enjoying her role as a supervisor at Lowe's where she has a very nice, not-traditional, M thru F retail schedule which gets her home early every night and no weekends or odd hours. Retirement didn't last too long! I took a "retirement gig" as the fire marshal / training officer for our local fire department. Pretty nice to be able to give back and not have a schedule that is not reasonable. 10 minutes from home, half day Fridays, lots of flexibility.

I’m heading to TN this afternoon to see my daughter and her family. Nice to be in GA and close to family. I did get a chip on my windshield last week and it ran before I could get it taken care of. I will deal with that later. I don’t know if Bronco windshields are readily available.
