I reached out to my dealer and I’m scheduled for build on 28 FEB. That’s the good news. The bad news is he has a few Broncos that have been sitting MAP completed waiting on chips since 12/7.

Back door link shows a build week of 2/28 for me.

Tracker doesn’t show anything other than an order.

My dealer tells me I’m scheduled for 3/2.

Back door link and tracker aren’t the same things and require different information but I’m at the gym and on my phone so I can’t add those easily. If no one else does I’ll add the two different links and explain in a few hours.
I know the two different links, I am just saying that the links are not accurate for everyone so for instance the Vin and order number link on Ford's website has no scheduled date for me, yet I know I am scheduled with a week and a Vin. The backdoor site doesn't say shit other than order placed. Nor have I ever received an e-mail from Ford other than the very first time I place an order in January of 2021. Little to no consistency.
Don't get me wrong none of this really bothers me, I just like to rant, the Bronco CS has always been very nice and very helpful so I just stick to my weekly Friday calls.
Have fun at the gym, put in that work, get those gains. :ROFLMAO:

It is strange because people that have been built after those Ice Mountain people are somehow leap frogging some of those people and getting delivered before them. 2022's arriving while 2021's sit there.

Agreed. It’s weird that it seems to be a 2021 issue rather than a 2022 issue. I know nothing about chips, but is it possible they switched to different, more available chip for the ‘22s?

Maybe they need to finish up with the 2021's that display the temp on the knob so they need that chip and for 2022 they have moved to no temp display so don't need to wait on that chip for 2022's. I am sure that is not it and an over simplification, but to be honest, the amount of vehicles in that parking lot are no more than they can produce in under two weeks so in theory they might not be very far behind and in part it might be a shipping issue.
I am exhausted by all of this speculating, that is one thing I am 100% positive of.

I'm going to say I'd be ok with that.

Yes! The speculation has been ongoing for 18 months. Sometimes I wonder if I’ll be more relieved than excited when I finally pick it up.

See the thing is, even though you told the automated system Bronco Status and someone then answered the phone, the past two times that happened to me as well. As soon as I start explaining to them that I am calling to check on the date for my Bronco they stop me and say, "please let me forward you to Bronco marketing".

FWIW. All I know is that they sure as shit know your build week if you have been assigned one. Did the lady ask you for your order number and sales code? Not suggesting you call back, just trying to be of assistance.
Nope, just name and email.

Been waiting to call the reservation number as no email but backdoor link has been saying 2/28 for weeks now. Updated google docs as well. I suppose i'll give it a ring tomorrow to see if VIN is showing up.

MT, 2.3, 4 door, badlands, Orange, Lux, Tow.

Fingers crossed.

I'm still kicking myself I had some inside info of when the experience would go live for reservations and could've gotten in as basically order #1 but I got distracted and didn't do it until a month later.. figuring what could POSSIBLY go wrong.

oh man.

I have a vin! It's a (major) miracle

And the other shoe drops. You are not alone, that will happen to most of us on this thread.
Many more times.
I'm just stoked to know an actual day now!! Still hoping and praying it sticks but if its a month from tomorrow that ours will be built I'll be over the moon with joy as our 500th day of waiting for our Bronco is Sunday February 6th lol!

Yeah. Apparently I’m a unicorn. Dealer sent me the screenshot of his order system and my day is Monday 28 FEB. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I apologize, I am an idiot, when I read your thread I just assumed you were bumped another week, was thinking 2/28 and saw the March date and wasn't paying attention that it was just two days away/in the same week. Duh. February sure is the shortest month.

That’s why I’m glad we were scheduled this month, cause it’s the shortest amount of waiting 😜
