Is your dealer saying anything?

He says nothing…he’s actually been ok to deal with and I’m getting it at msrp but he says Ford doesn’t give them any more info that they’ve given me.

Dealer says their view on my order says delivery date of 7/25-7/31 and it was last updated 7/2. My email from Ford says 7/21-7/27 from 7/6.

Dealer has been 'out for cigarettes' a bit too long on this whole process. I have to reach out every time and they always just try to avoid answering anything as much as possible.

How are yall dealing with dealer run-around?

I really feel like I’m on one of those practical joke shows. Since everyone I know is tired of hearing about my Bronco issues you people are stuck!
Since I have a very boring job I decided I’d call and get on chat at the same time. Two different stories…
Chat…your bronco has been built and waiting shipment. Once the Carrier picks it up it will take 2-3 weeks for delivery. I live 4 hours away!!! WTH?
Phone…your bronco is still in production there’s no eta as

Everyone is told by Ford customer service "your dealer will have the most up to date information ".
I have a pretty good relationship with the folks where I purchase new Fords. They never had more info than what I could see on the trackers.
Until it was shipped, mine went by convoy. They had the convoy info. But it wasn't trackable.

Saw this beauty today (not mine). The owner just got it a few days ago. He was build week 6/20. There is hope

My Bronco is sitting at the rail yard and my dealership seems to not be interested in getting it

Got to take mine home today! Right at 1 month of shipping time. Build date was 6/28. Hang in there the wait is worth it.

Out of the heavens dropped this soon to be hell-raiser.
Can't pick it up until Monday because of stuff on my end.
Will be lifted on 37's and a bunch of other stuff by the end of next week.
I will continue to leave angrily worded messages here

Once your Bronco ships, if it ever ships does this shipping info fill in?

Mine didn't. But I also never got a shipped email. Never got a production line photo. Yesterday the back door link still showed in-production. Tracker from the built email never said shipped. The only one that ever showed any changes was the OrderTrack one from here.
