What is this significance of receiving tear tag for build? Does the letter/number combo indicate anything?

It's a code used for programming and needed for the "brains" (powertrain control module) and other computer systems of the vehicle. For a build, it usually means the completion of programming the vehicle and one of the last steps for the build. Unless there is a weird issue with the vehicle at the factory, a tear tag usually means your vehicle is ready to ship.

Shouldn’t there be PCM modules listed as well as BCE?
if there isn’t does that mean it’s waiting on a chip?! Maybe not ! I don’t know what makes a car run except gas!
