Hi All - I recently got a 2” lift on my Black Diamond by a very respectable shop. It looks amazing except the gap between the bumper and body (front and back) looks bigger than before.

The shop says that the gap is the same and the bumper raises up with the body. It still looks a bit off to me.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Did you get a body lift? Puck lift? New coil springs?

I'd only see a body lift increasing the space, not the other 2.

I assume they removed the crash bars, when they did that they had to take the bumper loose or off to remove the front ones. Probably just need to adjust the bumper.

Yes it has been body lifted. Looks fine, the capable bumper has a larger gap in the center than it does at the extremities, the rear bumper gap is fine as well. You probably never noticed the gap before, the modular front bumper runs even across the top. I think it looks great, and you didn’t change any suspension geometry.👍
