Received an email yesterday for 2/21/22 build date. Nothing on back door link yet and I haven’t heard from my dealer. Reservation date is 7/16/20. Data entered
Back door link shows me a 2/21/2022 build date also. No email but contacted my salesman and he confirmed and gave me a vin # . Reservation date 7/15/2020. Can't wait! Or rather I can and will continue to patiently wait. Excited that I should have it for my spring fishing trip! I have been fortunate that I have a well cared for, good condition, trusted, 2009 Jeep Liberty to satisfy my off road hunting and fishing needs. Really looking forward to an upgrade to a new Bronco though!

Question. Do all of you that are scheduled for the 2-21 week have vin numbers yet? I was told by my dealer that 2-21 is my week but he said they dont have a vin yet? I dont understand.

When I called Ford CS Friday morning and got my build week, they also gave me my VIN at that time. If your dealer can see your build week in their system then I am pretty certain they can see your VIN as well, but what do I know?
I received my VIN from the dealership two weeks ago.
I had been receiving the Rodeo emails, but nothing on the update of my order. I just happened to learn about the backdoor link, and low and behold it was there!
I was told that you could have a build week assigned, but the VIN locked it into a week? ... But, then again I was told Ford was going by reservation time and date. So ...

I had not heard that, but I hope it is true. These build week threads are littered with people that have had their build weeks bumped again and again to later weeks and they had their VIN's so unfortunately I don't think a VIN guarantees the week, just guarantees that you have been picked and will get built in the nearer future.
