Man I think you really nailed this build. Lots of functionality added while improving the looks. I think this is my favorite 4 door build I have seen. How is the Hoss 3.0s? I know you have a Raptor and curious how the road ride compares. Also do the titanium methods match the color of the fenders? It looks like they do in some of the pics. Also which of the two step finishes did you end up going with?

Last question-how close to level are you sitting right now?

Thanks, I agree the build is coming along just as I envisioned while waiting for the Bronco to show up!
I haven't compared the Hoss 3.0 to another Bronco, but the ride is very good on-road. Tight and little roll. Still need to try it off-road.
The Raptor on the other hand is soft and floaty, and dives a bit under braking. But off road it's very compliant and goes 70mph on dirt roads with no issue.

The Methods in gloss titanium are dark grey, while the fenders are flat black. Look similar in pictures though.
Don't recall having different finish options for the wheels besides choosing color.

Sitting close to level, and maybe 1" higher in the front would be perfect.

All good. Not everybody will like it, that's the great thing about customizing our vehicles. Others choose to waste their time painting grill letters or changing emblems. With my vehicles I focus on functional upgrades, but also have to like the way they look!

Hit some trails near Barstow this weekend. Already over 3,000 miles since picking up the Bronco in December!

Spent a few hours wheelin' at Hungry Valley.
Many tight trails and so many offshoots of what's shown on the map that GPS is a must!

Dometic fridge strapped down and cargo area a little organized.
Designing some custom panels to have made for the top rear of the roll bar, in order to store a few small items.
My larger Dometic dual zone fridge just takes up too much space, so will stay part of the Raptor set up.

Generic 1" wide Velcro-style straps. Plenty strong and I use them in different sizes to secure gear.

Updated first post with new upgrades.

Received Ford ProCal 4 tuner with upgraded calibration for more power. Will be a while before driving the Bronco again, and looking forward to feeling a little more torque.
Wanted to dyno before/after, but just no time to do all that.

First time rolling the Bronco out of the garage in a while. Took it for a spin to try the new Ford Performance tune.

Decent bump in power, and sportier shifting. Will test it out in the desert tomorrow!

How has it been feeling in some of the faster stuff? I hate not being able to actually test the suspension offroad when I was ordering. I don't expect it to be like a Raptor but I hope it can handle some of the smaller stuff in the 30-50mph range?

It does great, though really that was expected from the Wildtrak package.
Having less travel than the Raptor is probably what makes the most difference on big dips and whoops. Considering how good the handling is on-road for a soft suspension it then transitions really well to dirt with Baja mode.
The shorter wheel base and narrower width than the Raptor make it more nimble in the tight stuff but it bounces more in closely spaced whoops. Where I can go 80+ in the Raptor I'm doing about 60 in the Bronco.

Found some time to install the K&N charge pipe and intake. Fairly straight forward, though 3 simple things were surprisingly difficult/frustrating.

Will take the Bronco out later to test drive. Combined with the Ford Performance tune and Mishimoto intercooler, there should be a good bump in power and fun turbo noises.
