I'd rather have the modular HD. Looks better and I don't care about the fogs. I'd rather have aftermarket anyway

I'm actually not even mad about this. I think the Capable bumper is better looking than the modular plus adds factory fog lights.

I think most aftermarket bumpers look gawdawful, even if they are a bit more sturdy, so I wasn't likely to go that route.

This should replace / kill the standard bumper... no reason to opt for plastic vs steel as far as I can tell.

I like the idea of having the fogs prewired and set with the headlights instead of having to flip an overhead switch, but I like the look of the HD bumper. If the bash plates are the same for both, I think I'll go capable bumper. If not, I'll probably go HD and add fogs in the gaps on the HD bumper.

Is it me, or is the fitting of this bumper specific for sasquatch fenders?

I'd imagine that it would look pretty dumb on a non-sasquatch BL/BD extending a good 3 inches beyond the fenders.

I like the capable bumper over the modular one, but I wonder if its offered across all trims and if it includes the bash plates like the modular did.

Would be nice if they added pre drilled mounts for a front plate while creating a new bumper. For those of us who have to suffer one

Yay for fog lights on the Badlands!!!!!! I didn’t want to have to do aftermarket fog lights but now I have one more aux switch…
I’m with you on this. I like this bumper so much better, and one less thing to add aftermarket.

Lots of people have been drooling over aftermarket bumpers with integrated winches to replace the Modular anyway, so why does it matter which one you replace? I like having the already integrated fog lights. At least when I eventually replace it, there’s already wiring and a dedicated switch.
