It's very confusing............ you watch Mr Farley talk about improving quality and cutting back warranty work and recalls........... but you continue to see one "issue" after another on this forum. My ice Mountain four-door that I took delivery on in July has a couple of small ripples, but nothing like yours. I made the dealer open up a claim and take pictures Ford said this was acceptable and not something they would warranty. I at least have a warranty claim number and pictures in case things get worse or cracks start to develop. Good luck! As a sidenote there were four brand new Broncos on the lot at the time. Two had ripples across the top and two were perfect.
