Your odds of getting a "good" top don't change just because you get more opportunities. Just like playing the state lottery.Well Ford would definitely approve of your logic but I want a history of the defective items and hopefully get a good top before my warranty runs out. Also when did cracks in a vehicle top that supposed to keep the elements out become simply a "cosmetic" issue ?
Regarding the cracks, can you provide documented proof of any eventually leaking? I have not seen any evidence of that.
Now, don't take me wrong, I understand the frustration here, and Ford has not seemed to take any steps to mitigate this, beyond to just keep replacing them, with the same thing....
I'm looking at it from a customer perspective, and if/when I ever have a problem with my top, I will deal with it the day before my warranty expires. I just don't understand doing it multiple times....
