I was just about to comment on the colors. That has to be the worst selection of colors available in the industry. I mean wow. I wouldn't hold out for a MY24 Bronco if those are the future color options at MAP.
Yep, unless Ford has something amazing they're holding tight on I don't think there's going to be anything that I have to have for '24. The 2.3 is still the same, I guess let the Mustang be the guinea pig with the dual injection and see what '25 brings.

The only way to get a color going forward is to order a Raptor or seek out a dealer that has a Heritage Limited that no one can actually order. I think Ford made a mistake only offering Yellowstone, Robin's Egg Blue, and Peak Blue on the Heritage Limited. Let the customer choose those paint options and upcharge us. I would gladly pay up for Peak Blue(like the $1,000 upcharge for AGM). I don't want everything offered in the Heritage Limited and I have to have that manual transmission. Very frustrating. I would like to see that Brown in person.

Looks like the current colors are:
- Oxford White
- Iconic Silver
- Cactus Grey
- Carbonized Grey
- Azure Grey
- Velocity Blue
- Hot Pepper Red
- Shadow Black

Also in the roster almost certainly are Code Orange and the unnamed Metallic Brown that they've debuted the Ranger Raptor in. I suspect Eruption Green and Leadfoot Grey will be colors for the Bronco in 2024, but I'm pretty surprised that they've kept Velocity Blue and scrapped Race Red considering they're keeping Race Red for the Mustang in 2024 and replacing Velocity Blue (a 4 year old color on the Bronco at this point) with Atlas Blue. That leaves only two or three colors in the air, one of which will be exclusive to the Heritage Limited trim.

Overall very disappointed with the Ranger insofar as to what it suggests for the 2024 Bronco, no exciting colors, and they've not adopted the updated 2.3L that adds port injection for better longevity and +45hp/+40ft-lbs.
No code orange. The engineers at the press event last weekend told me “it’s been done.”

the green is the Raptor specific color on the 2024.

Not seeing 4A as an option on the regular Ranger, which is a huge let down. This is the reason my grandfather still has his 08 Sport Trac and not a new Ranger. Gm has had it on the Colorado since the last generation.

Any other insight on colors. Us Bronco fanatics use the Ranger as a reference predictor. It'll be interesting to see how Toyota responds with their Tacoma. I expect the TRD to be higher than than Raptor starring price.

Really? That's crazy, I'm all for more colors not locked behind exclusive trims but Code Orange was the definitive debut color for the F-150 Raptor, Bronco Raptor, and for the Ranger Raptor in it's Australian debut, I'm shocked Ford would only offer it for one year and not on the North American Ranger Raptor at all.

Ford had me out to see it in person. Here are my thoughts with a lot of notes on how it compares to the Bronco.

So like $8k more than a ZR2. That’s not even adding dealer markup lol.

I just hope that it's flat towable.

I know, odd question that's niche.
My '21 Ranger is flat towed, and I want to upgrade.
Been waiting for this body style to make it to the US, and hope it checks ALL the boxes.

Much better LCA design on the Ranger Raptor than we get one the Bronco with the stupid strut bolt nuts under the arm

Looks like Ranger is getting even better. I wonder if rear passannger room increased. Even just an inch to an inch and a half would replace my wife's Edge pretty quickly.
