What is the Ford performance front axle gonna do for you that your current axle doesn't?

Locker, beefier axle shafts, beefier case, larger R&P gear.

Mine was an abandoned order that was at my wife's dealer. I would have ordered a sasquatch or badlands if I custom ordered

I was toying with the idea of ordering a Badlands for the 33 inch tires but after seeing this video showing that 285's fit a Black Diamond without any spacers or lift, I am going Black Diamond.

What's up with markups these days? Anyone know if Crossroads Ford in Apex, NC will do anything like that? Ford already increased prices 2x while I was making up my mind. I could have bought a Badlands for what a Black Diamond now costs. Such is life.

I put 285/70/17 KO2’s on my Black Diamond

I think they are perfect size for non-SAS bronco

If you have an Outer Banks the 275/70/18 is a great choice for a 33”. Hundreds to choose from at decent cost due to popularity.

I got the 285/70r17 BFF. There is a certain point where you start to look like a “Jeep Brah”. I’m trying to keep clear of that. FYI if you think you need angry eyes on your bronco you stepped over the line.

I put 285/70/17 BFG Trail-Terrain on mine. Love the look and the mileage hit is not that bad. Still keeps the fun in the 7-spd since the tires are relatively light compared to the KA02 AT/TA tires.

Love this setup for everyday and weekend overlanding. It strikes a good balance between power and gas mileage. I had 35" tires originally and didnt like the road feel and noise.
