I had been into
You save all the files before you touch them. That's really the only way to get "as-builts"

Even the web site, that is named "As-Built" - gets updated with OTA information. So if you make a change, the web site version will get updated in ... a few days/weeks? to reflect the change.

As far as the PSCM - that's physically part of the rack. And part of the problem, since the new rack comes with a completely blank/unprogrammed module and Ford is relying on the ProCal unit to populate it (and does a horrible job of it). If you put the old rack back in, it should still have all the original programming.
I had been into other modules for minor things in the past (key double honk, sport mode, etc) and did save the as-built for those modules specifically before messing around. Never had a reason to go into the PSCM and save that data before. What I downloaded from Motorcraft last night has the as-built for all module (albeit possibly updated, and not "as-built" like you mentioned). I have the As-Built explorer program that I can pick out the information for the VIN-tied PSCM as-built data (address 730...) The problem is, the original PSCM is blank. No one is home. I get no P/N through Procal and an error trying to communicate with PSCM through Forscan. I wanted to load the information from the larger .ab file, but Forscan does not give me the option to look at as-built for the PSCM anymore.

There was another 2.0 rack laying around, so I plugged that in and was able to communicate with it in Forscan (still no ability to see As-Built for it) and I could get a part number through Procal for it. I tried the whole rack upgrade process with the donor rack, but still did not get it to work.

As a side note, the link to the "instructions" for the new rack programming in the box just seems to route to the performance tune upgrade, not the rack upgrade. Does anyone have the step-by-step instructions for the Procal rack upgrade?

I am tempted to just perform the WT VIN swap method that I performed on my personal Bronco. That was much easier than this has turned out to be.

This seems to be the only reliable method - short of sitting on the phone with ProCal support and getting an engineer to remote into your computer

I believe it can be done with FDRS by itself by ANY ford dealer, simply change the VIN, Run PMI on PSCM then change VIN back. FDRS allows the vin change route, but techs are generally too afraid (or stupid) to do it.
