Greetings everyone.
First post here. See pics of my 2022 Black Daimond 2 dr manual 4cyl. Need some insight. I have the oem 265/70r17 tires and with it go to a 34x10.5r17 tire. I’m more worried about hearing and engine performance with the 4 cyl. Can it handle the larger wheels with stick gearing? I dint want to alter gearing. Thanks a lot.

Not sure if they’re geared differently or not with the Sasquatch, but I have a Badlands 2door with squatch and the 2.3/auto. I’m running 20x10 Fuel Blitz with 35/12.50x20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. They weigh in around 107# per wheel/tire. The 2.3 handles it effortlessly. I’m also averaging 19.7 mpg lifetime with this combination.

I have a 4DR BD with 285/75R17 (34x11) and still has plenty of power. No need to regear.
No running. No issues with control arm interference? Thanks.

Nope. I did remove the rear crash bars up front though, the tire get fairly close when turned. You could probably get away with leaving them on, but I decided to take them off just incase it gets a bit closer when flexed out.

Edit: I do have wheel spacers on.

285/75R17 are a much less expensive option than 34x10.5R17 BFG’s and can be had in a proper C load range. I run them on my Badlands with the 2.3 and manual, no issues at all but I do have the 4.7 gearing vs your 4.46.

Gearing shouldn't be an issue. Manuals come with 4.46 gearing as I recall, except manual Sasquatch, I believe those still run the 4.70. I'd just keep the tire/wheel combo as close to or under the weight of the stock tire/wheel combo, as you you have the "weaker" front end.

No, and spacers actually move it closer to the crash bars as they make the tire swing in a larger arch when turning.

I think you should be all set and go for it. The 2 door is also lighter than the 4 door so that's in your favor. When shopping for wheels you can look at options for weight and go for a light as possible wheel also. (Unless it's all about the looks.). The Fuel wheels look great but tend to be really heavy.

Thanks everyone for the quick and relevant insight. I’m gonna go with 285/75/17 BGF ATKO2 (E).
