so its an AC thing and not an "engine or tranny" thing?
That isn't totally clear on me. I've done some light looking up in the forums and generally and it seems like it stems from new parts heating up and all that, so it's partly engine, partly AC. I have 2.3L Auto and have the same thing. Personally I haven't seen it as a problem. All signs point to it being a lesser talked about new car smell.

Another weekend passed, still in production. Apparently I’m on Ghost Mountain. Still enjoyed the weekend in my Wrangler that was my bridge vehicle, and I may just keep in at this point.

I will give it some time and let the car break in, if the smell persist in a few weeks I may take it to the dealer to have it looked at.

Definitely the mentality I had and I haven't noticed the smell in mine since early last week.

DANG!! 21 days??
That's kinda crazy. I mean at least you're not on a chip hold like some of those poor folks in the early build weeks, but still...3 weeks waiting for a ride home....

I'm feeling like a kid on Christmas Eve right now.
Tomorrow's the day.
And I got an email from Rockslide Engineering that the backordered step-sliders should arrive on Thurs!!

I’m on day 10, of sitting at the rail yard 43 miles from the dealer. I wish I was closer so I could visit mine. All paperwork and loan are ready for a signatures. I will gladly drive my dually and trailer to pick it up myself!
