Still sitting at rail yard in Birmingham, AL. Original delivery dates was 19-25 September and early last week it changed to 13-19. That obviously didn’t happen. New window is 20-25. We shall see, but I don’t have high expectations.

"Your order currently shows In Transit-Received-Ramp 5M, New Boston, MI-Current with no ETA"

Chat's been crazy intermittent all day. Unable to connect and/or just doesn't come available. When I did get on 1x it said 48 in line and after about three updates on time (got down to 11 minutes to go) it dumped and errored out. Anyone else having issues.

The call-in tracker is saying "Empty" in Oklahoma city, but saying an ETA of the 26th. I'm guessing that means the car has been unloaded and the next step is on a truck? But why would the railcar tracking system have an eta in the future if the railcar has arrived at the destination? And This is as far as I can track it via their system because they dont have anything to do with the trucks right?

Mine said arrived on a Friday then on Wednesday it said empty then on Thursday it said intermediate arrival then 2 days later it was at the dealer.

I had the same issue this morning. I had to wait about 25 min to talk to someone. Good news is it is now at the railyard in Colorado. Delivery date has now been pushed to 9/24. Original delivery date was 08/31.
