AC giving out after an hour RESOLVED

My experience with getting a case number was that it expired before the dealership could get me in, so it was useless. Then the service rep flat told me that my problem "didn't happen because that's not possible." They refused to give me a loaner because "Ford doesn't do that anymore" and wouldn't cover a rental. They did ultimately acknowledge and fix my issue, but were total d-bags about it. The techs were cool dudes, though.
