Factory tires run 39 psi. We run 30 psi and one tire is showing a warning.
Can the tire warning pressure be reset to a different lower pressure without FORscan?

No TPMS adjustment option exists in any of the Sync4 settings menu. You could possibly have your dealership do it for you. Easiest way is FORscan, $50 cable, and a couple of minutes.
