That SINGLE front panel ain't no way it will fit in the back without folding down rear seat.

Um, fold the 2 rear seats down and put it in long ways????

I don't have a Bronco to measure so I am just guessing. Sorry I will just go play in traffic. 😁

That may work if you don't have rear passengers. Having 2 panels like factory would be better. Some may want to remove one side only and of course, easier to store.

Definitely more interested in the black modular, but will these have a rear defrost and wiper? Missing those two would be deal breakers for me.

Direct quoting you: "AFC (sic) said they WILL BE producing a two door" AT SOME POINT.
That's not correct. They are not producing a 2 Dr. They've only indicated that they 'will be' and that they 'plan' to produce a 2 DR top. Future tense, Cheech.
FIFY Nate. Hopefully you can get some peace of mind. You must be fun to hang out with.

Again, read the whole thread before responding and being an ass. It's a conversation. You don't get to cherry pick to make your point. I clearly indicated 2dr was TBD in previous post.

I drive to work alone. I don't have passengers.

If I do go out with passengers the I would just leave it at home.😁

One thing they should consider is paint matching the black and white. They indicated close to factory. That may look a little off it white goes on a white Bronco and black on black. Seems like it would just as easy to use the correct paint as a generic shade.
Agreed. Not sure why its hard to get a straight answer here. If they are painting it or have to use paint in their manufacturing process, then they should use the colors that match Ford's. That said, I mostly do computer software....so I am way out of my element. But my blacks have to match. That much I do know.

What about them?
Not what I had in mind. Usually, the drip rails are located just above the windows. If your design accomplishes the same protection, that's great.

Understood less seams = less leaks. Although, on the stock system, the removal of the midpanel is nice as it goes to convertible mode for the family without much effort. But I think the best part about the stock system is that the front panels are split, so it's easy to toss them in the trunk for those shorter drives or impromptu "sunroof" moments when you want to pull over and take off the front panels. Unfortunately, both these features are missing... in exchange for the better reliability. If anything this teaches us that Fords multi-panel system crosses some boundary that if you want all this functionality you have to live with occasional minor leaks. With that said, if my top does have more leaks down the road this is certainly a safer option.
1 panel or 4, it shouldnt matter, Ford should be able to design a set of panels that fit together, period. The amount of seal needed to keep out rain and wind really isn't all that much. It's an absolute joke that Ford still didn't get it right on their mulligan tops.

Fiberglass makes for heavy parts. What is the weight compared to the MIC 2.0?
