So I’m kind of curious, I’ve been reading this forum for, I don’t know, two or three months, and I’m really surprised there isn’t more 2-Door purchasers.
so I’m just wondering what AGE is of most people buying a
2 door and a 4 -door,
because I think it’s a generational thing now.

When I was a kid you were your father or grandfather if you were driving a four-door. same with my dad! Of course I grew up in a HotRod Family (30’-50’s Cars)
So I was always told that 2 doors is what you want.

Maybe I was brainwashed, or a product of my time, but I always thought the 2 Doors look way better than 4 doors
(as far as proportions and everything)
and all those extra posts and windows!
Especially the vehicle like a Bronco because of the short wheelbase. You have to jack up a four-door way higher in order to have the same clearance.

biggest thing for me is I have the mindset of

2-door Means Freedom
4-Door means Baggage

Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad that young folks nowadays wanna include their family on a lot of stuff, but I still think Guys need to have their OWN freedom sometimes, and “Girls”Too I guess!!!

So mostly this is just out of curiosity

I’m 52 and I love2doors
What did tou order and how old are you?
Thanks Rick
49-Year-Old Male planning to order a 2 DR in 2022. Just no other choice when it will sit next to my 1972!

Man people really have an opinion on how other's should live their lives and spend $ you've earned.
Isn't that the truth! Best thing I've done for my own stress is realize there's no reason to try to project my life onto others. People are gonna people, and if they want my opinion they're welcome to ask! My opinion's wrong as often as not, too!

58, 2 door OB SAS. I’ve driven a F150 super crew for 18 years (2 trucks), time for a smaller vehicle. Also had a friend that had a 2 door in high school. Always wanted one since.

How about being able to take the doors off and store all of them in the cargo whenever you want! Now that’s freedom! Sorry 2Dr folks

I'm 50, like many grew up in two door suvs, and have owned a 78-79 Bronco almost every year since 1985 in addition to my dad having a 78 when I was a kid. I'm old enough to have bought new ones in 93 and 95, but we ordered a 4 door. Pride and joy 79 below, all original, just over 30,000 miles. No, it will not be sold to fund the new one!

The wife and I discussed this early on and decided on. 2 door to replace our Jeep LJ.
then as time wore on we decided to replace her Ford Flex with a 4 door and keep the Jeep for a while.
We’re retired in our mid 60’s.😎
