That's what my dealer is tellilng me. The Bronco is heading to Make Ready soon, so wondering if this is true? That means you pay sales tax on all of it. Not a ton of money, but I'd like to know what I'm paying for and if this is just another in the many ways Ford is moving the goal posts.

My dealer applied the price protection as a rebate. So yes I paid sales tax on the 2023 MSRP.

I assume the best intentions of Ford, that they're trying to simplify the process, help long-waiting early adoptors, while preparing for/transitioning to more normal vehicle production.
