Just curious.

Been code 19 on both my BD orders (one order with a dealer with no 2 door allocations and one with allocation left). Thought they moved down the closer you got to getting scheduled?

4dr BD Non-SAS MIC remains at PC 17, not scheduled.
Someone on this forum had PC 01 on the Monday before getting scheduled email on their Raptor order.

Yup, I was priority code 19 from the very beginning.

Priority codes are only relative to other orders are your dealer. The actual number itself doesn't matter. What matters is your priority code relative to other orders at your dealer.

Only Ford can set priority codes 1 and 2... so if your priority code drops below 3 then that means someone at Ford corporate set the priority code. Usually happens when they are selecting individual builds for scheduling or dealers were given an allocation specifically for that order.

Priority codes 01-09 are reserved for Ford, and cannot be assigned by a dealer. Priority codes 10-19 are dealer priority codes, and the only thing they mean to Ford is that the dealer prioritized their orders in that way. So, a priority 10 by your dealer does not necessarily get built before a priority 19 by another dealer. (This came straight from Ford and also a dealer)

I never checked to see if my priority code changed from 19 when I was scheduled.

Think I just need to do that to. Playing the waiting game when you have low patience isn’t good for my health🤣

Same here. Was initially a 19 several days after my order was confirmed. Now have a factory assignment and build date that was moved from 7/17 to 7/19. Sound like something I wanna stop in and ask my dealer about…besides my new sales person telling me the full time awd is only available on a SAS🙄

That’s changed recently if I understand it correctly. 3-19 now set by the dealer. But, it is only relative within your dealer’s orders.

As of yesterday, Priority Codes are still as follows:

(1-9) - Assigned by Ford Regional Management
(1) Pushed to the top. Ready for build during the next available window.
(2) Ford has locked in the order from the dealer, and is awaiting a spot in the queue.

(10-19) - Assigned by your Ford Dealer for Customer Orders
(10) This is the best. Your Dealer likes you.
(19) This is the worst. You're just another Joe walking in off the street.

(20-99) - Specific Purpose
(66) If you're a Jedi, you do not want to see this... Just seeing who is paying attention. :)
(80) Vehicle is a general order for Dealer stock.
(99) There is a problem with your order. See your Dealer.

@BigFootie is correct... it's been changed recently.

Dealers now have access to 3-9. 1 & 2 are still reserved for Ford.

OK, then my dealer just didn't find out yet. lol
It's fairly recent... they started testing the change about a month ago.

——

My advice for anyone who happens to read this...

Don't go rush out and have your dealer change your order to priority 3. Anyone who has spent a considerable amount of time in WBDO will know it's rather quirky and has a long history of bugs. You don't want some stupid WBDO bug to prevent your order from being scheduled just because your dealer changed it to priority 3.

Again... what matters is your priority code relative to other orders at your specific dealer. That part seems to confuse a lot of people for some reason. Some people seemed to think if their priority code is set to a low number they’ll get selected for build right away ahead of everyone else across the country but that’s not the case at all. It only matters within your dealer’s order pool. If your priority code is 18 and everyone else at your dealer as at priority code 19... then you already have the highest priority.

My April 28th order is a 19 and was picked up for build the week of July 24th. Received my email on June 1st with the build week. My build is a 2dr Wildtrak, high package. My dealership was open with me and said there was no way i’d get picked up for build this year, but i did!

My Jan 2022, 2r Wildtrak with Lux, has no movement and it was a pc 10 then moved to a 2 several months ago and nothing. Different dealership who swears it’ll get built this year (like they said last too). 🤷🏻‍♀️
