The compressor kit was about 900$ (I also got the manifold kit and all the engine bay mounting brackets) I did all the labor and wiring myself
Air locker in the rear diff seems easy for about 1k for the locker, $300 for the ring and pinion and then labor.
obviously the front is a huge hurdle with the m210 swap but it seems doable, and I would definitely rather do this over trading for a higher trim, because the markup on badlands+ is insane for one and doing all the swaps and upgrades I feel add personal touch to the rig. Yeah obviously it is expensive but so are the higher trims. I haven’t done the math but I would imagine the money is pretty similar considering I got my bronco for 40k
