Yes I have it. It's the only one I could find that would allow removal of the top pieces at the time. It works great.

I ordered the 4-Door rack direct from Hooke Road.

I had to refuse delivery this morning because it was shipped in one of those weird thin cardboard boxes that look like it got damp and dried a few times with "Made In China" all over it.

As a result, one of the main side brackets had punched through and the powder coating was all chipped up.

I paid the extra $8 for shipping instead of the Free shipping, hoping to maybe avoid this very issue. But alas, poor packaging and FedEx Ground did exactly as I have come to expect.

I sent a notification to Hooke Road Customer Service. I will report back with how they handle it.

Disappointing so far.

I understand the shipping damage could be very frustrating.
All the items we ship are brand new, however, as we know the shipping is unpredictable.

As a follow-up to my above post. Hooke Road sent me another rack to me after 4 days of email exchanges. The packaging was no different than the first one, even had the word "Refused" scribbled out on the side of the box and tons of clear packing tape all over it. Thankfully the rack itself seems okay other than a few scuffs that are not worth the hassle of sending it back again.

I requested a refund for the $8 shipping fee on the damaged first rack. Unfortunately, Hooke Road refused instead offering a $10 coupon for a future purchase.

The rack itself is built well and fits great. The powder coating has a nice texture and seems to be good quality.

Overall I am very happy with the roof rack, super solid. I would say the weakest link by far is the Bronco's MIC Top itself, not this roof rack.
