you have everything you need already assembled on the two long bolts. packers are washer like and are metal.
Scre.jpg
If i remove the washers from the shiny bolts assembling the black brackets and replace with what I had leftover, those are larger inner diameter washers (seems an odd fit). And I’m now missing 1

Should the longer bolts get 2 large washers as shown in pic below, cuz the diagram in ARB manual only shows 1? If I place in location and brackets parallel, those packer washers don’t fill the gaps

Still unsure where those medium size black washers go??

Here is my struggle:

Parts List calls Packers "RB Nylon"??
Someone says they are the metal washers with letters MWJ on them.
I currently have only 3 of those left.
If I assume these are the metal washers and only put 1 packer per LONG bolt, I will still be short 1 since both sides of the frame mount need 1 under the OE bolt.

Need some guidance from those recent installs that remember this.

Also, I still have not found a need for the medium black washers. They are too small to fit any of the bolts left and way too large for those small black bolts. Any thoughts?

Just finished the install. All lights are operational with the exception of the turns. I did it want to do them. Also rerouted the ACC and added a spacer to the bumper. No crazy issues.

1) Did the extra 500mm camera washer hose reach the new location and where did you route it? Did you leave the original connection at the OEM location near the OEM camera spot and the 500mm reached from there?
2) How many shims did you use?
3) Did you drill the 4th bolt hole in the frame connection?
4) Did the ACC cruise cable reach or did you have to extend it?

Question for those that have this bumper. We are thinking about getting this bumper, but do not need a winch. Does this bumper include plates to cover the spots where the winch would be, or is it just open? We love the look and protection it offers, but do not need a winch.

Bonus question - we have Diode Dynamics 3 inch cube fog lights right now (tied into the fog switch), would these work with the spot for fogs on this bumper, or is it only designed for the OEM fogs?

ARB supplies a cover plate for the area the winch control box would stick through. I relocated the control box to the engine bay as I didn't want to cut the lower part of the grill. I can post a picture when I get home.

Great, thank you. I would like to see that.

It's also a good location for your front license plate if your state requires one.

Not a great picture, but you can see the top plate.

As Silver-Bolt said above, the license plate covers the fairlead opening.

I haven't mounted it yet as I am waiting on a different fairlead and hook. The Yankum Ropes fairlead I purchased fits, but the inner structure of the ARB bumper prevents the loop from fitting over the end of the fairlead.

As for your "Bonus Question," you would have to modify the foglight housing to fit the 3" cube and its brackets. It's plastic, may not be too hard to do.

Thank you for the pic, I appreciate it. That covers the hole nicely, and I can see there is plenty of room to add other things such as lights, which can fill that open space.

Again, thank you for the pic. Since it is plastic, I would hope it would be easy to modify so the cube lights would work. I would not imagine it being too difficult.
