Did you do this install yet? I'm interested if there is anything I would have to do if my compressor power is wired to an Aux switch already.
No I don't plan to add a tank or manifold to our installation. Others have though.

You don't need the tank/manifold though. THose are just optional accessories people add if they plan to do lockers or air horns or other things later on. Otherwise for 99.99% of customers our mounting kit + compressor is all that is needed. Or some folks buy hoses/fittings to move their chuck elsewhere

I finally got around to installing the KR Air Coupler Switch Bracket and ARB Pressure Control Kit. I went overboard ordering hoses and couplers from @4x4TruckLEDs.com, but in the end only needed what is listed below to achieve a clean install.

Parts List:
ARB On-Board Twin Air Compressor
ARB Pressure Control Kit
KR Off-Road ARB Compressor Engine Bay Mount
KR Off-Road ARB Compressor & Air Coupler Switch Bracket
ARB Air Hose Coupler (JIC-04 37 Degree Flare Fitting)
ARB Air Hose Coupler Dust Cap
ARB Reinforced Hose JIC-04 0.5m
ARB Reinforced Hose JIC-04 0.3m
ARB Adapter 1/8 BSP (M) JIC-04 (M), 2 Pack
ARB Adapter 1/4 NPT(M) JIC-04(M), 2 Pack - Only 1 required
ARB Air Line Adapter Fitting 45 Elbow, 2 Pack - Only 1 required

Please note, due to the configuration of the ports on the ARB regulator I was unable to have the input and output hoses on the same side, so the layout is a bit more spread out than I would have preferred. Also, the spot where I mounted the regulator needed to be twisted a bit so the pressure sensor would clear the coupler. Finally, the screw I used for the regulator mount was a bit too long, so I used four washers to take up the extra space.

Initially I planned on using the supplied ARB switch, but I decided to forgo that idea because using the upfitter switches made for a cleaner install.

Curious if you have a photo of where you mounted the chuck for connecting. Thanks

EDIT: Never mind, I see it in the first photo. I’m trying to decide where mount externally soI don’t have to open the hood.

Can you put together a list of the parts you actually used? Or was that the actual list of what you DID use on the first page? I know you ordered a LOT of parts from us, not sure what you used or if that was just a list of everything purchased.

I've had some folks email me asking what the parts list is.
His orig post says these are the 11 items used for the install. Based on that I just made an order.
Just need a 4 tire inflation hose setup to complete.

Good deal. I should make a "Bronco6G Kit" with everything people need. I've had a bunch of people order pretty much the same items all week to get their setup going.

Maybe consider a 4 tire hose system to complete the kit?

Do you think you have the parts in stock? Or will I be waiting a while?

thanks

Everything but the 0740105 is in stock. You guys started buying these like crazy from us and we sold out. But we have more coming in later this week. Otherwise everything else on your order is here.

That would be great, just ordered the pressure control kit. Still need to get the hose and hardware for install.

I am still trying to figure out where to mount the chuck externally from the engine bay. Anyone who has pictures of their mounts please post!

You're going to love this setup. It has proven very useful in my mall crawling adventures. ;)

This weekend I am going to wrap most of the wiring with Tesa harness tape so they blend in a bit better. I'm also going to remove the teflon tape from the flared connections, because every time I open the hood I can hear @Razorbak86 laughing at me.

Yup, that's what I chose, except I opted for the MORRFlate Stubby with the quad hoses over the standard MORRFlate Quad.
I was unsure of the MORRFlate system. Seems bulky, but the Stubby system looks much easier to put away with its detachable hoses. I was looking to build a similar system, but I know I won't get around to that for a long time...
Same with the underhood compressor mount. I really wanted to put the compressor in the cargo area and run some hose to each front door. I could cut down on the amount of air hose I needed to carry around and have 2 separate hoses for each side.
I may do that in the future, in the mean time this will remove my portable compressor from the cargo area.
Thanks!

I connected both the air compressor's trigger wire and the pressure kit's power lead to switch 6. More than enough amperage to handle both.
So the compressor's Purple wire and PCM's red wire both connected to the same Aux6 wire(Yellow/Orange) in the engine bay?

The purple wire on the twin is your trigger wire. It gets wired to an upfitter switch. The 2 main red power cables off the compressors go directly to your battery (1 for each compressor).
