I get about 14.5-15 mpg around town with a Sasquatch and 2” lift with stock Goodyears at 37PSI. I drive normally around town. I don’t baby it but rarely floor it.

ridge... happy with them. Far less stone throwing than the GY's.Those the ridge grapplers or trail grapplers?
Obviously your MPG will drop slightly and your speedo will be slightly off (fixable). Mine went down about 2 Mpgs. as far as handling and driving, I can't tell much difference between the stock 35s and the 37 KM3s on mine.Waiting for the 4 door Wildtrak to come in. This will be my new daily drive and will be much more Comfortable then daily driving my GT500.
I like the look of the 37's but don't know if I'm much better off staying with 35's?
The 37's would weight about 5lbs to 7lbs. more per wheel and I don't know how much that would hit the MPG as well.
