Just to make sure I understand: If I want to utilize the wire that is behind the right rear interior panel, I must connect the front end of it under the glove box to the wire that leads into the engine compartment?

Originally I was under the impression that it was one continuous wire from the engine compartment to that rear panel, but my limited research seems to indicate that two wires are involved.

Remove the glove box and work from below and it's not too bad to get to them.

I tried to work from the front without taking the glove box all the way out and it was really hard to get tools in there.
