BAMF Overland front winch bumper

Our Overland winch bumper is build to beat. Constructed of a mix of 1/4" and 3/16th" steel. The winch plate is the start of it all it's where the beef starts 1/4" plate formed and gusseted for those hard winch pulls. The winch is set lower directly in front of the frame rails reducing the lever arm pulling action you would get from it mounted above the bumper. The recessed winch mount limits you to the smaller size 10k winches like the WARN Evo10k/12K and relocation the solenoid is required/recommended with most winches. have a under hood kit available as well for the WARN Evo winches to relocate the solenoid to the engine bay.

Our D ring mounts are Cut from 3/4" plate steel and tumbled for 18 hours to soften the edges.
They are a full passthrough welded 5" along the winch plate for worry free recoveries.
The laser cut mesh air vent plates are made from tumbled finished 14 gauge 304 stainless steel. They can be left raw or you can paint them to accent your build.

Our powder coating "Included" is unlike anything else in the industry.
It's a completely field repairable thermoplastic coating you can fix with a heat gun or blow torch
(Yeah I said you can fix it with FIRE!). Laid on ultra thick for long lasting protection you will not see anything else like it on the market well that's until they all start using it.

Yes and we have. Our bracket relocates it behind the grille just below the R. No function issues or recalibrations as of today. We have been testing it for a few months with great results, we don't have 10's of thousands of miles using it yet but it works perfectly with no codes or errors on our mules.

Can the d-ring mounts be used for flat towing?

Yes as long as the front frame horns can handle stress, you could pull the front end off the truck with these recovery points.

The 2.3 has no limitations. On the 2.7 the intercooler is directly behind the bumper so space is limited. That's why you are seeing differences in some bumpers.

Wow, I’d like to buy this but after checking the additional $80 for residential delivery, the $340 freight charge at checkout kinda took my breath away. I’ve been conditioned to see shipping cost built into the the sell price. Not badmouthing the vendor because it’s entirely up to them how they handle their sales but it should probably mentioned, even if subtly.

The bumper itself is just under 90lbs Warn states the Evo 10s is 72lbs

Yes, That is the factory steel skid in the pictures. We just trimmed it to flow more with the new bumper.

this is a unmodified factory skid on our hybrid bumper.

Wow, about time a company posts a photo showing the front camera view! Everyone else conveniently leaves that out. It looks like the view would be pretty decent if you skip the lights right there

So the real question... how much is shipping to AK?

Maybe this has been discussed but is there a license plate solution? I live in one of those states. I’m ok just zip tying it on for inspection time but figured I’d ask.
