Works for me...even IF we're talking 1st World Peasants here (myself included). I had really wanted to go Black Diamond, but I'd honestly rather go cheap on the Base, add a bunch of discounted options and accessories (via Granger deal) at build, then add on as I go. I fully intend to keep this Bronco as my long-term daily driver and off-road vehicle.
I'm in a similar boat though I don't have a great desire for more than the base offers other than a rear locker and gearing and wheel/tire options.

Spotted at the Duluth Trading store Wixom, Mi.

Whats really preventing one from putting 33's or 17 wheels/ 35's (?) on this as is - providing you get the right wheel offset etc...

i know it looks like an overcast day but i was expecting the silver to look more metallic .... this color is very run of the mill kind of thing
looks like i'm now down to white or cactus grey
I've seen this color in person - looks great, has a dark metallic flake and really shines. Not flat looking at all.

I've seen this color in person and it's great - has a nice dark metallic flake and really pops. I've decided to strip everything down to the basics for mine - 4dr Base, MIC HT, Aux switch package, 2.3L/AT and that's it. Will add some aftermarket wheels/tires ASAP and call it good.

Wait. Did something change or is it just me? I thought the Base was standard soft top and the Hard top was the option?

There will be take-off wheels and tires from other trims available. Pick em up cheap.

I have wheels and tires from a Platinum on my base F150. $700 for all 4 mounted and balanced and they had only about 20 miles on them.

I wish I could configure my base Bronco the same as my base F150. Only options it has is 2.7, tow package and rear locker.

Other than that as long as it has AC and cruise I'm good.

Only hardtop available for the 2-door, so it’s standard.

4-door has soft top standard.

That silver is looking really good!
Agree 100% - two factors: hard to compete with a good metallic...and none of Ford's other options speak to me. I actually wish Ford would be acquired by Subaru, as their color folks make Ford's look lame.

I will ask you do to do what I asked several others.
Pay attention to the next 10 F-150s that you see.
I bet the majority of them will have smaller wheels than you think they should.
I have 30s on my F150!
