do you recall what size screws you used?
I reused the ones that came with the Fog Lights, so no I don't know what size they were.

3. My Harness came with a relay and power cord, which I cut off, and wired each Fog Light to the Purple Wire right above the radiator, and each Ground Wire to one point of the body inside the engine bay.

I purchased same harness but it is a bit confusing. Which #s did you cut and which ones did you use for connection?

Cut the plug off the only wire you did not #. (The largest plug... that's your power).
Remove #5.
Attach the remaining power wires to the purple wire.
#s 1 and 2 are your grounds. Attach them to the body of the truck.
#s 3 and 4 plug in to the fog lights.
Don't forget to connect the purple wires at the driver side cowl.

would it work if I don't cut the relay and use #5 for connecting to the aux switch purple wire by grille? #1 is red btw and says to connect to positive power terminal. Wondering if it's ok to ground that instead.

Purple is powered in the box. You don’t need anything else. I do see that #1 is part of the relay, so it goes away too. I corrected my initial statement, so not to confuse future readers.
