Base Radio Question

My brother has a recent reservation and realizes that he'll be ordering a MY22. One question that both of us had is about the base radio. He is getting the BB with 7spd MT so no mid-package for him. Does the base radio have Apple Carplay? As long as it has that, he'll be happy. Otherwise we'll be looking for an early head unit replacement.

From what I’ve read, all models have Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Yes, the base unit has low-end version of Sync 4... which includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

From what I’ve read, all models have Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

That’s what my dealer to.d me as well.

That is good news folks. The Ford website doesn't say directly and only says Sync 4 which I don't know from Adam. I've only owned one Ford and it came with an AM radio.

I believe all models of the bronco come with both fruit and robot compatibility.

Works wired and wireless. Works good for me so far!. However, I'm taking advantage of the free SXM radio while I have it!

I like CarPlay for responding to iMessage and for the MAPS.

Just got my BB. The radio has CarPlay - that said it's sounds bad. Sucks actually. F should have put a better sounding system in the vehicle. If I knew it was that bad I would have upgraded it.
