Best Windshield Wipers?

Like who? Is this something you come across often?

LIke, EVERYONE. Have you read all the wiper threads here??? Everyone argues about what wipers are best, when you don't even need f'ing wipers if you use Rain-X.

REPLACE THEM EVERY YEAR !!!

My truck is never garaged, so it collects dust, dirt, tree sap. Bird droppings, etc sun baked on a daily basis. So weekly or so I squirt regular WS wash fluid from a spray bottle and work the WS hard with the scrubber side of a-very- 48” or so - long handled scrubber/ squeegee. You’d be amazed at how many “wiper blade” streaks disappear

Oh yeah, and i use Motorcraft blades and I REPLACE THEM EVERY YEAR

I had horrible experience with Bosch ICONS on my 21 ST. Unlike others here, when it was a hard rain, they would still chatter/stutter. When no rain but want to clean the windshield with wiper fluid, smooth as butter. Stick to OEM.

Honestly most Bosch are great, I have sold thousands of wiper blades and stay away from silicone they wear out faster and lose their shape, just my experience. Bosch Icon, Bosch Snow Driver, Bosch Envision, Bosch Evolution all solid offerings

How'd you get the Icons to mount with the arm mount system Bronco has?

I've just stuck with factory/Motorcraft because I've had a hard time finding something that fits that bracket (and still looks decent without a massive blob).

Yeah, because wipers are no longer needed if someone uses rainx. LOL

Go with the 17OE if you have the OE style wiper arm, if you have a J hook it’s a 17A

Just installed these this weekend. They fit perfectly with no adapters. So far so good. They are cheap so I figured if they don't last then I didn't really loose anything.
