Who has the Bestop sunrider? Was looking for reviews on what people think of it from first hand use.

What's the difference between "black diamond" and "premium black twill"?

Twill definitely!!! I just got mine and will be putting it on as soon as weather permits!!!!

I have one, it’s nice but it rattles like crazy over 45mph.

Mine not at all. Rock solid. I put in some additional rubber tubing and made sure the bolts are all cranked down.

Love ours, especially after getting the second generation model. If you have an early one contact Bestop and they’ll send you a brand new version two for free.

It’s much quieter.

Have had mine for 2 weeks now and it's my favorite accessory. I'm glad I didn't go with the skyrider because the sunrider was so easy to install and will be just as easy to remove in November

I have one in Austin for sale since I sold my Bronco. Was only on one day and it’s perfect in twill. Selling it super cheap locally.

Not sure when they changed, if your header panel is notched in the center for the factory hard top latches then you have a version 2.

This is my version 1, the 2 has notches to allow it to sit down tighter.

Hi. What is the second generation? I had one installed on my 2023 4 door last summer and it leaked really bad down the pillars, etc. Wonder if the "second generation" was an from last year?

Where did you put the tubing

Across the front on the top. I also put foam stripping in the Velcro closed wrap going across the top that covers the middle support bar. It tightened up the fit and made it quieter. I’ll take pictures later today or tomorrow.
