So BFG KO2’s or General Grabber ATX’s? I’m opting for either of these because both come with the option of raised white lettering and are about $40 per tire difference. Both 35’s

Have had great experience on and off-road with BFG KO2’s for years.

The BFG KO'2 s are a great tire praised by many, including myself. I am however looking forward to seeing how the General Grabbers perform on my Black Diamond build as they come from the factory with them. They are supposedly rated better in Snow/Ice. Well see. If I don't like them I going to go with the KO's for sure.

Look into Falken AT3W's. Have them on my current truck. Plan on running them on the Bronco once the Goodyear tires need replacing. I almost bought the BGF KO2s again but the local 4x4 shop here recommended the AT3Ws and they wore better than the KO2s. I've owned several sets of KO2's over the years but I'll stick the AT3Ws from here on out. I just hope Falken offers a C rated 315/70R17 or 35x12.50/R17 in the future.

Both good tires. I also want to go with raised white lettering for the retro look (and white stripe on eruption green). Since I will not do a bunch of off-roading/rock crawling, I'll probably stick with the cheaper General's on my Black Diamond order.

I've had both, I'd say same same on traction and strictly anecdotal here's my experience.

BFGs; Great tire but it seems the first half wears very quickly and the second just won't go away.

Grabbers: uniform wear throughout life, start loosing chunks towards the end.

I'd go Grabbers due to cost, but BFG's are available in more sizes.

I had my Grabbers mounted 'white out' and the tire store clerk reminded me it was not 1970, well I liked 1970.
