This is exactly what I paid to do the same thing on my Badlands. Minus the lug nuts. How does this make any sense at all from a pricing perspective? Like even on the expensive side powder coating the five rings is $300, and the blacked out Bronco badge is $39 from Ford.
All good - I’ll go on a thread hunt and see if I can track it downsorry I don't remember what I used. I used the same paint as someone on here after seeing how it came out for them
I was quoted about $800 to powder coat around here, which is insane. I ended up getting the black beauty rings with 20% off on Ford and called it a day. I think it cost $600?How does this make any sense at all from a pricing perspective? Wow really? I went with a shop here in Denver on recommendation from a friend and they charged $300 for all five rings. Based on what I saw on here around that time it seemed to be on the expensive side at the time, but they offered to retouch them if I dinged/scratched them off-road.I was quoted about $800 to powder coat around here, which is insane. The Bay Area sucks, my friend. Here people brag about paying $1000 to rush passports for a family of four to take a trip. It’s legit stupidity.Wow really? Woof that's crazy. I'm putting together a three week round trip in October through Salt Lake, San Fran, down the coast to SD, then back to Denver via Phoenix and SF is the only part of the trip I'm worried about with having the Bronco fully loaded up and parked around town. Probably gonna stick to enclosed underground garages as much as I can.The Bay Area sucks, my friend. Here people brag about paying $1000 to rush passports for a family of four to take a trip. I wouldn’t leave a fully packed bronco on the street in SF itself (ie the city itself). Everywhere else, it’s a lot better - crime is not a big issue outside of SF. That said, leaving a car full of stuff on the street overnight is always a bit risky in most places.Woof that's crazy. I was thinking the same thing! I am getting tired of seeing the Black emblem on the back of a Bronco, and then finding out it's not a Wildtrak, Raptor or First Edition. This would look fire on my WT!!!
Oh wait... all this is standard equipment on my WT.
Nevermind.
