Has this happened to anyone? Can it be glued on with conductive epoxy?

Used it once on a grand am. It worked too get the defroster working again.
Id use it again.

If I remember correctly, you glue the lead to the window then paint the Metallic paint to connect the current to the lead to the rest of the grid. There probably YouTube video for it now

Autozone had a special permatex adhesive. It took me two tries but it worked well

Mine is off as well, but we are in Florida, so fixing this is not high on the list. I showed it to the dealer and they said that they had seen it before and that it was a warranty item, and that they would replace the back window. I have not followed up on it with them, so it is still hanging.

both of mine broke off as well
not much thought went into design and doesn't hold up well to general usage

my dealer said the same thing, except when I tried to sched the warranty work they didn't respond lol, then the second one broke and I just tied them out of the way

have not tried the repair kit, but will give it a try now that winter is coming

Mine has also done this on the driver side. I am scheduled for the technician to look at it, but it sounds like I will need a new read window. Something about the wires inside the glass might be burnt out.

My drives side came off after 19K miles. I zip tied it out of the way as I haven't wanted the dealer to replace the rear window.

I think I'm just going to use the repair kit myself and see what happens, they get good reviews. I just wish the dealer would do the same and not replace the entire window for an easy fix.
