We are working with Ford to get those orders sent to us for fulfillment. I cannot give an ETA on when they will get the issue fixed. I'm hoping it will be in the next 10 days. However, if you are ordering with points, you CAN order through your local dealer with points or points/cash. We are shipping to the dealers daily. We have plenty of stock so don't be concerned about us running out.
In some states, like Arizona, products cannot be ordered on Ford's sites. The following Phoenix dealers DO keep inventory on hand. San Tan Ford, Peoria Ford, Earnhardt Ford Tempe, and Sanderson Ford.

The only reply we’ve received from Ford is “we are aware of the issue and we are working on it”. I wish I had a timeline for you but we are at Ford’s mercy. I’m the meantime we are offering a 15% discount on all our products. Use TAX15 on our site.
If you’re trying to use Ford Pass points, I suggest people order from your local dealer. We are receiving orders from dealers with no issue.
The Ford branded kit is designed for F150/Ranger/Maverick. The contents are slightly different. For example, the Ford kit has regular Torx, not Torx Plus like the Bronco kit.

can I change the oil with this? Filters? A tire?

This was designed as a tool kit for trail fixes however you can change your oil, filters, and tire with the kit. There is a breaker bar and various wheel lug size impact sockets included. The adjustable wrench will fit the nylon oil filter housing. Most trail repairs and maintenance can be done with the kit. Weird. No cancel email. And when I check the order status, it has changed from “back ordered” to “received”. Maybe they just don’t like y’all.

But seriously, when y’all called and they offered to cancel order, was that what was done, or maybe put in queue to cancel, or cancel if remain on back order for X amount of time. I did call one time, but cancelling never came up, just “we don’t know”.

Item is still for sale on ford accessories site with 14 day fulfillment window (back order).

Got mine today, not a bad deal with the points. Decent tools. Attached mine in the cargo area to the back of the left rear seat. Nice addition to the Bronco. I’m sure I’ll be able to do an engine swap on the trail if I needed to.

I ordered from Motley on Wednesday 4/24. Used the 15% off discount code mentioned above.

I don’t believe it’s been shipped yet (4/26).
My understanding is motley is the company that sends them to the Ford dealerships. I’m hoping it will get to me sooner than going through Ford.

Got the cancellation email. Typical Ford, no explanation. Reordered and now on backorder again. Never said I was the sharpest tool in the shed! (is this a pun?) Curious to see how this works out. They keep charging my credit card, shows as pending then goes away.
