Bronco Game with kids when driving

[Race Red Badlands]

Shortly after getting my Bronco in March, my 6 year old son and I started playing a game whenever we’re driving, where we get points anytime we see another Bronco on the road.

6G Bronco- 3 Points
Bronco Sport- 1 Point
Race Red Bronco- 5 Points
Previous Gen Bronco- 2 Points
If someone calls out a Bronco, but it’s really a Jeep- Lose 1 Point

It’s actually pretty fun, and is a good way to stop my son from just wanting to stare at his tablet or Switch when we’re in the car. Also, we start over every day, and our scores are pretty similar to when we started playing months ago. Still not a ton of Broncos on the road.

Yeah you’re probably right. We’ve only seen 2 previous gen since we started playing. After a few months of not seeing one, my son came up with a rule: “Next time of of us sees an old Bronco, it’s 1,000 points”. (So basically wins that day). Then went back to 2 points.

With my race red one I can give out lots of points.

I feel race red is one of the most under-appreciated colors. I think eruption green was a great new color for MY22 (and I got one of those) but race red really pops. I had originally planned on Rapid Red but it was eliminated, I am sort of glad as race red is better/

My boys are always on the lookout for Broncos and Tesla's. They have recently added new Corvette's and electric Mustangs to the list.

Only saw 2 Broncos from Fort Bragg, NC to Orlando, FL and back. Sounds Fun when more come out though.

Had to check the dates on the posts to make sure they weren't from 2021. Broncos are all over the place here in TX. We just got back from SF/Napa and saw more than our fair share out that way too.

While we don't have a points game, my 11yo boy calls out Broncos as he sees them too.

My wife would kick my a$$ because she is so good at spotting Broncos - old, new, sports, big. She would be offended that Sports are only worth 1 point because that’s what she drives (and it IS really nice). I’m waiting on my BD SAS, 4.7. Scheduled for 11/28 production.

I would love to see photos of Broncos and kids. I have a 2yo son and I'm not sure how I feel about doors off/tops down (I foresee a lot of toys falling out) but I betcha he will love it ... safety aside
