Buyer Beware: Big Bend being sold as Badlands with SAS

Most of the comments here proving it not to be a badlands are things easily swapped out... orange accents-swapped, grill-swapped. Seats-swapped. Fridge magnet -replacement. Only way to tell is the window sticker. That's it. If someone falls for it then it's on them who cares. I'm curious what he wants for it and what would be a low ball offer.

While this is true, what's more likely? swapped out grill, lights, grab handles, downgraded the tails to halogens... or slapped a Badlands sticker on it.

They do have it as Big Bend Edition in the description. But the title is all some people will read.

no stabar disco, no aux switches, no sig lighting, wrong grill, no steel bumpers or rock rails...I'm sure some idiot will buy it as a Badlands though and will end up screwed, just a sticker doesn't make a Badlands not a Big Bend.

In Texas we have a thing called ”The Deceptive Trade Practices Act” which entitles the plaintive to 3X his damages. In this case, I’m not sure what the damages would be, except for the price difference.

This would be a clear violation of this Law (in Texas) and may be able to be executed in Small Claims Court.

was an option on Big Bend i believe but i think most didn't have them. It was standard on Outerbanks on up. The one in question is most definitely a big bend
